I would greatly appreciate it if a nurse, health care assistant or doctor etc. could help me on this.

I am travelling to Malaysia (KL) on 22 June and during my stay will be spending 5 days in Borneo.

I am definitely having the Hepatitis A and Typhoid immunisation but I was not planning on having any others, such as Hepatitis B, Rabies, Japenese Encephalitis or Cholera. Am I making the wrong decision here?

Thanks.

If you pop into any chemist they can check in their MIMS book! MIMS changes every 4 weeks so vaccinations or tablets may vary from month to month. Also depends which area.s you.re travelling to. Dont 4get to take repel spray (with 50% DEET)!! hope this helps!! julie x
Does your GP have a travel health service? This is usually run by the practice nurse who has access to the database for all the most up to date travel advice.
Hi, I've just come back from Borneo.....Go to see your travel nurse at your doctor's. We had Hepatitis, tyhoid and I had to have Polio, Tetenus and Diptheria [sp] as I hadn't had them since school!!! We didn't take any anti-Malarials either.
Borneo is amazing!!!! Where abouts are you going?
