Garnetcapric- I sware by tinned tomatos on toast! This has always worked for me!! Best is not to drink too much in one session, pace the alcohol with non alcoholic drinks and drink plenty of water before sleep! Then drink plenty of water the following day. It's the dehydration that makes you feel ill!
Pre-emptive strikes work best. Pint or two of water and 2 panadol before bed will help a lot. The difficult thing is remembering to do it when you roll in the door, full, and before you collapse in a heap in the hall/toilet.
i find if i drink a pint off water before i go to sleep helps me as drink only dehidrates your body and you need to revive your water levels hope this helps.
