my partner is already serving 3 months for not doing C.S he has to go to crown court in two weeks on an affray charge, although there was no evidence and the witness did not stand up could he still be done heavley as its not his first offence? im very worried.

how can it be the first offence if he is already in prison?
how do you know the witness will not testify if it hasnt happened yet? Unless by stand up you mean he was so badly injured he couldnt stand up?
Cases are not taken to Crown Court if there is no evidence. I would suggest that either you are being naive or are being lied to.
you can't have a case without evidence. Maybe you haven't been told the whole story?
