tios and ideas for sushi

I am going to have my first ever attempt at making sushi so would welcome any tips please and ideas for fillings (fish or veg only, no meat). Also as this will be our main evening meal what would be a good accompaniment and how much sushi would i make for 4 people? Many thanks

tesco do a good range of sushi ingredients, i tried it using, smoked salmon ,prawn, avacado and peppers, go easy on the wasabi paste its really strong,if you dont have a bamboo rolling mat use cling film it works too, have fun
