you cant. climate change is a natural phenomenon, with cycles of thousands of years which have been going on since year dot. from what ive read about it at uni, humans causing global warming is a bit of a myth -yes human activity produces green house gases, but the amounts are largely insignifucant when compared with that involved in natural cycles of carbon dioxide -over which we have no control. also, planetary wobbles, slow change in orbit patterns, & a multitutde of other reasons seem now to far outweigh anything humans can do to alter the climate. although a greener way of living in general has to be a good thing, i am now under the impression that actual climate change is a natural inevitable phenomenon -although i dont have any figures to quote, an article i read said that even the experts predictions for temperature increases for the next 100 years differed so wildly that they could be dismissed as science, and taken to be more like guess work. i wouldnt worry about it, we'll all be living on mars soon anyway.
