every time i eat somthing i get really bad pains in my stomach which are quite unbarable, this leads to a bloated and uncomfortable stomach

you should go to the doctor now before xmas as they close then ,,,you could have something seriouse or not...whatever no one here can help you as you need to be proffesionally diagnosed..the doctors get busy around xmas everyone is stocking up with their pills and potions and you should make every attempt to go asap..gypsy

I see from your next post that you've been on steroids.  These can irritate your stomach lining & even cause ulcers.  Go to your doctor as soon as possible and tell him/her all of your symptoms.

Everytime I eat i feel bloated it has all started when I began dieting and drinking coffee on an empty stomach I am feeling consern it comes and goes and I am now going to see the doctor
