In the local rag here theres a report from which magazine saying that tescos , m&s and malibu sunt tan lotions arent accurate on their spf numbers .
All threee of them were between a quarter and a third lower protection than they stated.

Asdas own and sainsburys were actually better.
Have you bought any for hols and what spf do you use ?

cheers kola that would be nice - I might even manage to drive there myself - I hate driving outside Stirling - I have a bit of a phobia about it, but I drove to Edinburgh and back last week, albeit with my OH telling me if it was safe to go onto the motorway - I am fine when I am on it , I just hate coming down the sliproads - especially trying to join the M8 from the M9. Happy enough buzzing about town.
Annie Im the same, I cant do the M8, I get panic attacks lol, the traffic is horrendous, I get the train lol - what a woos I am
Had a look at the P20 site al, not too sure - it says that it is fragrance free when dry, which kind of implies that it has some fragrance in it and it didn't list the ingredients - I may have a look at the bottle in the shops. We cant use anything that has a fragrance - the kids are ok as long as they aren't sharing a bed with us!
Ahh, i wouldnt have noticed that, you might have to check then, Asda are cheapest for it, bout 11 but one application lasts all day even if swimming - its a protein or something that binds to the skin
Not a wus at all al - I used to throw up every time before I had to drive. Then i had to commute to Stirling everyday from Penicuik for 6 weeks for work and I was ok for a while after that - then I stopped driving again (idiot!) and was pretty much back to square one, but I cured myself by buying a really cheap, slow car and doing small journeys over and over again and 3 years later, I am happy to buzz about all over the place, but the motorway is really the final hurdle.
why is it that some women are affected like this with driving, its making me nuts lol, I will have to follow the removal van up to perth week Sat and sh!tting myself lol
I'll definitely take a look - might be worth a try, considering that he is allergic to our new car - a very expensive mistake, I don't mind wasting 11. - I am sure that the kids could wear it anyway.
The M9 is absolutely fine - after you get onto the M80/A80 - i think that you join at a roundabout, it then merges onto the M9 without any junction at all, and then it ends at the roundabout to take the exit for Perth - it will be a doddle - just stick behind the van, no-one will argue with that - it's the old rule of "might is right". I will wave to you as you pass - you will pass my work at junction 10 - though I won't be there on a Saturday- thank god!
lol I am gonna ask if one of the removal men will go in the car with me, I got half hour of M8, but ok once I hit the A9, might even ask him to drive hahaha
I once got the AA man to drive my husband's car to the garage for me and I followed him and gave him a lift back to his car - I only felt comfortable driving my own car at that time! I also had the two kids with me so there was the 4 of us in my totty wee Daewoo with a 0.8 engine - still managed to burn a Vectra at the traffic lights - the AA guy said - it's not what you've got, its what you do with it that counts!

Just turn on the charm, I am sure that he will drive and let you ride up in the removal van with the hunky removal men - oh my imagination is running wild now - the will probably be old and very sweaty.
