Am I an addict?

I seem to be getting an addiction to the answerbank.It's always my last port of call before I go to bed and it's getting later and later that I am stopping up,and then I can't get up in the morning.Even though some of the topics are of no interest to me I still read them although only occassionally reply.How can I withdraw without getting unwanted symptoms?
