onion juice

can anyone tell me how i get the juice from an onion? do i sqeeze it or what ? thanks for any replies

I've never had to but if I was asked, I'd put it through a food processor and then strain it through a seive.

What do you need onion juice for?

use a juicer machine. you would get plenty. Mind you getting rid of the smell of the onion after is a nother thing

it's good for making sauces, I've never seen it used in this country but have in America where you can buy bottles of it.

Hmmm, I'm going to try and find a recipe that calls for onion juice. I'm intrigued.

why i want the onion juice is for liver spots, one part onion juice to two parts vinigar, apply several times a day. i bought one of those books that have all things in it to do with vinigar, at a boot sale for 10p. the uses it seems are endless.

yes. lots. what do you want to know ? heartburn,hiccups,neuralgia,indegestion, and it goes on and on and on.

if you use a seive it will let the onion through, I would use a muslin cloth to extract just the juice

I agree with jack if you`ve no processor grate it then through a cloth and squeeze juice out
