Samsung J600

My phone number has been blocked on my partners Samsung J600 and we can't unblock it. Gone to the calls barring window but my number doesn't appear there. Has anyone any ideas on how to unblock it??? I think it is blocked on the phone rather than the sim card cos if we put card in another phone it rings. Mobile technology isn't our forte.

You can try the master reset but be warned copy any phone numbers that you have and take out the memory card. Buy doing this it should reset the whole phone. Gud luck
