there used to be a product called oust! which was in a spray bottle which kept my taps etc gleaming but is no longer available any suggestions for an alternative?
Vinegar works fine for us. We also us it on mirrors, windows etc. The acid of the vinegar will get rid of the calcium carbonate build up if you give it time.
any of the anti-limescale products work well. my son lives in a hard water area and one of the things i do when we visit him is de-limescale his shower head, taps, stainless steel sink, etc. i use whichever product i come across in the supermarket and they've all worked really well.
I used to buy Oust limescale remover & found it very good & when I enquired it was still available from the makers direct but only if you ordered something like 6 bottles or more. I bought Limelite (green trigger bottle) from Wilko's & that works well. I have used vinegar but living in a hard water area it unfortunately doesn't do much for the scale that builds up on taps & shower head etc. hope this helps.
