im a beauty therapist. i've never used swiss o par before but have used professional salon dyes.
i would check to make sure its new and sealed. just because you would mix in peroxide with the dye and with it being used on your eyes i'd want to know its not been tampered with.
if you don't get it you can buy eyelash dye's at your local salon services if you have one in your area. they are open to both trade and public
be very careful when applying. you'd be best to do a small patch test beforehand to make sure your not allergic. you would simply mix a small amount of the colour and a drop of peroxide. mix well and use a cotton but to place a small amount either behind your ear or on the inside of your arm. wait 24 hours to see if there is any reaction.
if all is fine. use vasaline on the end of a cotton bud before applying the colour as it can dye the skin but make sure you dont get the vasaline on the lashes. you can also use black on your eyebrows to make them stand out.

to be honest with the faffing about that will be involved plus the inevitable panda eyes that will come from practicing doing this yourself it is cheaper to go to a salon and get it done.
where i go only costs 4 for lash tint plus you egt to lie there relaxing while its being done which is nothing to be sniffed at.
it the same as trying to do home waxing etc by the time youve mastered it youve used nearly the whole btl practicing.
leave it to the pros and be pampered...
