Queue jumping? Death's too good for them!
http://news.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30100-1 318812,00.html I dunno what happenned in detail, but has someone stumbled on best way to induce rage in the British? I mean old Bed linen doesn't need any bombs, just go down to Sainsbury's and queue jump, that''' sort the infidel!

It defies description. This is not simple 'rage', it's psychotic behaviour, and ther person who ha allegedly committed this act should be placed in Broadmoor.

Your question (if it is a question) seems in rather poor taste.
Nothing to do with queue jumping (for which you seem to think murder is acceptable) or Bin Laden or bombs.
A man (who was tagged) after being released for a previous offense. murdered a shopper. He apparently mistook the 57 year old victim for an 18 year old yob.

Or maybe it is me, failing to see the humour in this pointless killing?

Sorry Gromit I just got it off the link above which initially didn't carry the whole story. It was a bit tongue in cheek so yes possibly in bad taste. Obviously a regular Daily Mail reader like yourself has access to the fulll story.
So apologies I now have the full picture. It seems the assailant should have got his Mrs to more clearly identify the "target". It seems she pointed "that's him" but obviously he mistook who she was pointing at.
As a side issue, should the "loud yob" should face charges as it was initially him that caused the problem? Does the law account for that?

It all seems rather confused at the moment or is it just me?
Did this guy's wife phone him to identify someone in a queue who'd been in an argument with her?
Where was she then?
Why does the Times seem to feel the need to comment about jeuvenile crime when the attacker was in his mid 30's? - The teenager didn't hit anyone!
Where does the queue jumping come into it?
Sounds like a bunch of hacks rushed to the scene picked up a lot of hearsay and tried to force it into some sort of youth crime angle because it's their current hobby horse.
What would you charge the teenager with? Being loud? queue jumping? irritating right thinking people?

As far as I can tell jake, this is what happenned:
- loud mouth yob insults woman in supermarket car park
- later while shopping woman sees yob who insulted her being equally rude to check out staff
- Woman calls husband who comes to the scene
- Woman points out loud mouth yob
- Husband misunderstannds who she is pointing at and punches wrong bloke.
Yes I realise you cannot charge someone for crimes caused by the effect they had on others but it is ironic that this yob effectively caused the death of an innocent bystander and will not have any case to answer.

female phones chav scum partner/husband who it has absolutely nothing to do with, said piece of already tagged scum decides he'll sort it out.
By all accounts kills innocent man, other piece of scum, the trappy gobby youth is caught by store security apparently.
Yet another example of the sort of trash we have on our streets.
Tagging obviously is a waste of time.
we need to get rubbish like this out of the gene pool permanently.

Every day of my life I meet ignorant people who clearly did not have the same basic manners and sense of decency and respect for others instilled in them, as my parents did with me. I am a mother of three young children and I am regularly pushed and shoved out of the way, have my children knocked over and have to listen to foul mouthed rants from not just teenagers but grown adults who should really know better and on top of that, I am currently awaiting surgery for a hip problem. Yes, I get irritated being thrown to one side by people who obviously won't make allowances for the walking difficulties which I have at the monent but that doesn't mean that I wll pick up my crutch and beat them to death with it if they skip me in queues or push me aside.
This woman - if the story is correct - should have simply ignored and walked away and perhaps this poor man would be at home right now with his family. Perhaps she would be kind enough to pay a visit to his grieving partner's home and explain to her and her broken hearted son why daddy will never be coming home. I hope they throw the book at him but alas sigh at the fact that they probably won't. They should BOTH be jailed. A truly disgusting and heartbreaking story and a sad indictment on modern society.
