Where can I find out the reality of house prices in my area and by how much they've gone down in the last few months.?
Surely estate agents are going to ******** and the media are going to be over-dramatic.
According to rightmove they have gone up by a small amount!
Are there any real factual web-sites for info?

The only true representation of house prices is those that have already sold. So try looking here. It gives sales as recorded by the land registry. It's free to use
