Ab Ed - I have tried to rate more answers to my 'Tsunami Celebrity Donations' question, but it won't allow me to. What could be the problem please?

After trying & trying, it seems to be working again - but only intermittently!

No - it's not working again & not only on Celebrity Aid to Tsunami.
