Has anyone else got lots of earwigs?

They seem to be everywhere. Found 3 in the house today. One was crawling up the side of a carrier bag I'd put down for a few minutes, Ugh!

Excellent! As far as I'm concerned, wasps are hideous things, and yet they must be part of the food chain, or they wouldn't be there. Be b*ggered if I can think of any other use though!!!
