Anyone know of a good remortgage offer for celf cert, on a LTV of 85%?

TMB only have 80% self cert deals i think. You'd be better off with Bristol & West, they still do 85%.

I'm in the same boat, need a re-mortgage and defiantly need 80 -90%, but financial advisor is working on it for us! I think this is a minefield at the moment and just can't fathom it myself!

I know that Bank of Scotland are not offering it, but Lloyds TSB are, they do a quote over the phone too if you need a quick estimate!

My people have told me that halifax and the abbey are the best at the moment. Looking @ around 6.5%

No, with Bank of Scotland but they're not taking on anymore re-mortgages for existing customers! Bit of a worrying time! We have our house up for sale too, in for the long haul though!
