What is being advertised?

I saw an ad on the telly that really made me laugh. I've only seen it the once and can't remember what was being advertised.
It has a guy who's lying down and he says "nurse, nurse I can't feel my feet" then a woman comes over and says "you've got the cold that I had 2 days ago and stop calling me nurse" I can't remember if it's word for word perfect.
Anyone know which ad I'm on about?
