wierd dreams

i woke up this morning hysterical, crying and everything, i had a dream well second dream now that my boyfriend of four years who is only 24 has got cancer, would anyone know what this means, its the second time now, we live together and i love him dearly and wouldnt want anything to happen to him and wouldnt wish no harm to him. i cant understand it.
