Hi Donna.
Have you a good reference Library near you ? - I spent a couple of hours reading up on moving to Spain, that's costs you only time.
Failing that : Any good bookshop's ? - I know there are really good books on the market, that might cost you 20.
My advice : Research your chosen area well, have a holiday in that area, and whilst there, put your CV out and speak to English people working and living there...There are more vacancies in Cities, but the living cost's are higher.
I know that it is often better if not prerequisite to be able to speak some basic Spanish, so if your serious, get a basic Spanish phrase CD and a book, and start learning the basic's.
I don't know what work your looking for, but remember Spain doe's have it's share of un-employment, and the holiday season isn't all year round, so if you chose seasonal work beware !.
The Euro has dropped in value, and Spain like most of the EU is feeling the pinch.
Conclusion : RESEARCH - INVESTIGATE - HOLIDAY FIRST. And never put all you eggs in one basket !
GOOD - LUCK AND ALL THE BEST !
