if you go into your phone settings and then into call register you view all dialled calls received calls and calls missed depending on your phone of course,you can also erase every call dialed or missed.

T Mobile will keep an acurate log of all calls made from your number.  If you're trying to convince them you made a call and they say you didn't, give up trying.
