What to do on a date in London
17 Answers
Evening all... simple enough question... any suggestions of something fun to do on a second date in London... bearing in mind it is a "school night" and not expensive?

lots of low cost or free ideas on this site how about a writers walk where you have mugged up all the facts before hand to impress your date?

Seriously, it's nice. You can grab a hotdog or something at Leciester Square and then just go for a walk along the thames and chat and laugh. I had a really good time doing that one night, we ended up buying a bottle of red and a couple of plastic cups and just sitting on the wall, looking at the water and chatting. It was a good night.
Matsuri's is nice, lots of entertainment and I'd find it fun for a date, not so much intimate and cosy but it'd be a fun night.

You could always go to a champagne bar first or go a nice glass of wine pre or post dinner somewhere over looking the Thames all lit up at night.

I think your ideas sound great! I'd personally love em but depends on the lady I spose.
Oh and ps about Matsuri's, the teppanyaki bit is the fun bit (where they make all the food in front of you with lots of throwing of knifes and such) and I can highly recommend the flaming icecream if they still do it (they set fire to it and it's fab!).
