Possible obtaining goods and services by deception.

If your entering into a possible scam involving the production of utility bill's then please beware.

I could have moved into my new flat, and given the gas and electricity companies a false name, carried on using these utilities and then not paid, and then changed the name again.

However, if you continue to pay in the name of someone else, then the bells wont start ringing.

I am sure that they have a process of checking the electorial register.

Dare I ask why you would want to do this?
