tool bar has moved to side of screen, how to fix please?

Click in a blank area of the toolbar and drag it to where you want (bottom - side or top) - John

It may also be locked - if it doesn't move on click and drag, right click on a clear are of the task bar and uncheck "Lock Task Bar."
