Can anyone help me here please, i am in a predicament, my best pal has been with her boyfriend for over 2 years now, i actually introduced them, i myself am on a dating site because i am single, and i saw him there advertising himself as single and looking to meet someone special, will i tell her or not? but they have a holiday booked at the end of june which she is looking forward to, do i tell her before or after the holiday, or not at all, as they say ignorance is bliss. I feel bad about this, so would appreciate any advice pl;ease

you need to get your friend round and search for men on the dating site then her man will appear, you can prentend to be as shocked as she is and the rest is up to her!!!

If the boyfriend just happens meet someone else and leaves your friend, that's one thing, it happens

But for him to be actively searching for someone while he's still with your friend is terrible

You must let her know somehow. time2fly's idea is as good as any x

I'd tell him that you saw his advert and if he didn't remove it, or split with you best friend then you would show her it.

some of those adverts are years old and he could have registered before he met your friend

Tell your friend to register on the same site (presume anonimity allowed) Tell him to put the picture of someone if its required, and pretend to be a single who will be having all the qualities she says she is looking for.

Tell your friend not to call her, if he does let him ask someone else because she might recognise his voice.
As time will be going on, I think they'll have to arrange a meeting somewhere, then there is where he will explode and tell everything.
