I have financed a vehicle and when there was a problem, the car on the agreement is completely different to the car I have, different reg, and different chassis number, ive done a check on my car and its showing no finance.

The car thats on the finance, the registration does not exist and the car is different colour and has different chassis number

Does this void the finance agreement? Can the car just be returned?

I would go back to the dealers that supplied the car in the first place, if they are not helpful try citizens advice

Its not the dealer who did the finance for the car it was a broker I have used before. I think they might have falsified things to get the finance through
So you might as well not pay!
What car could they re-possess?

(PS I am not serious about not paying before someone has a go.)
Contact your Insurance ASAP If you get a bump with this car your Insurance is void.
