hi there, i recently had to reinstall windows vista into my computer because we couldnt install games but now my sound device doesn't work my computer says that there is no device instaled when there is. i have been onto the dell website and couldn't find the download can anyone help please i am in real need of help????

look for a sticker on the computer that has a service tag on it go here

http://support.euro.dell.com/support/downloads /index.aspx?c=uk&l=en&s=gen

and select enter service tag and all the drivers for your computer should be listed

might be a good idea to download some others and install as well, such as the chipset drivers, the video driver will be a better one than windows installs too and any others that look relevant
