Thinking of Sweet and Slade there was always one member that looked (if doesn't sound too non PC) camp - almost effeminate use ofmake-up - that where I think some of sterotypical ideas about make -up were re-enforced for some.

This is the 1st time I can genuinely write lol! The question has come up a lot. When I joined AB, the names I chose came up as already used, so I took the name of my favourite actor - Sir Alec Guinness. In the words of the great man, "Call me Alec......please. Indeed I am of the feminine gender, but I'm not girlie at all. I shot a man down in flames who insinuated that I was into handbags and shoes. Waste of money!
