hi guys my brother is flying to florida at cristmas booked holiday and paid already with his wife and five kids he has a criminal record of gbh went jail 3 yrs ago stupid did not know about having a visa now it could take up to 6 months to get one that if he does they will lose alll there money on holiday do you think it will be ok to lie on visa waiver card and are you sure they don,t know anything or find out as he wouldnt want to be sent back four days before xmas
