I have had long hair most of my life but now at 38 it is starting to go a bit fuzzy and thin. I don't want to go and have it cut so I can look "my age"!! Any idea of good products that can get rid of the fuzz?

Try Johm Freeda's Frizz Ease.
yep Frizz Ease is really good, as is Charles Worthington (you can buy the travel size to try it) smooth cream I think its called, they sell it in boots for under 2
Mine gets like that when it's needing a trim and I find that Frizz eaze shampoo works but I also use a product of the same brand (I forget exactly what it's called) before I dry my hair.

It's in a tube and comes out like a gel, a pea sized amount for my shoulder length hair does the trick.
Get yourself an ionic hairdryer. I borrowed one recently and couldn't believe the difference in my hair! I went out and bought one immediately!

I used to use product and straighteners to get my hair to sit flat (it is naturally curly and frizzed when I blowdried it). Now I just blowdry it with no products and it's perfect!
Agree about the ionic hairdryer, they really are good.

I use Trevor Sorbie Straighening Addict blow dry spray to protect my hari from the heat and take out a load of the frizz.

The shampoo and conditioner you use cna make a big difference too.
so try the above solutions or face up to the fact that it needs cutting! mine was v long, naturally curly and I realised that it had been exactly the same for 20 years. mine was also looking sad at the ends so on Tuesday I had it cut and it's just above my shoulders. the curls are bouncy, it looks healthy, and I've had compliments a-plenty. don't hang on to 6" of straggly hair, it's just not worth it!!

cut it off, it's liberating ;o)
