bmw door handle inside car

My car door handle won't open from the inside on the drivers side although it will from outside.
How do i remove the side panel to fix it. 325 MODEL

behind your habdle should be a screw which removes the outer case. there will be about 6 or 7 little circle inserts on the door card which pop out to un cover screws which need removing. once all out it just pulls off. If it's s mid aged beemer it'll just pop off and just see where its tight and thats where the screws are. It prob just be the metal rod thats came out.
