I can change the thickness of the lines individually, but this is can be time consuming. How do I change the thickness of all the lines in a chart at one time?

My excel is a later one and can't find anywhere to change the thickness, presuming you mean the gridlines.
Have you tried selecting the whole worksheet by clicking in the left top, and then changing to thicker.

Wildwood, sorry. I am refering to the thickness of the lines of the graph, i.e. the ones which illustrate the changing values. Thanks
you should be able to select the chart either by selecting the outer border ... or using the selection tool (the pointer)
right click ... and change the settings
