Can anyone tell me how u make a rocket out of a foot pump and a plastic bottle?

http://www.lnhs.org/hayhurst/rockets/ has a great illustrated guide on how to construct the rocket, and there is a pdf (you'll need Acrobat Reader - a free download if you don't already have it) on the NASA site ( http://spacelink.nasa.gov/Instructional.Materials/NASA.Educational.Products/Rockets/.index.html ) that describes how to make a launcher on pages 95 to 98 and also has instructions on how to make the rocket on pages 99 to 101. You should be able to print out the relevant pages and/or right click and save the pdf to your PC.

I have built the rocket kit on these pages and it is awesome,  The bits are easy to get on the high street. 

Tip: I found Araldite Epoxy Metal compound to be an excellent sealant for joining the bicycle valve and copper tube together without leaks.
