Easy to clean juicers

Is there such a thing as an easy to clean juicer, Every now and then I get all health consious and stock up on loads of fruit and veg with a view to "juice" every day. By day 3 I am fed up with the dismantling and cleaning involved. My juicer was a present 8 years ago and I wonder if they have got simpler
