Output file name?

I am returning a item and to print out the return form I must insert an `Output File Name ` in a window and I`m not sure what is meant. Is it the name of the machine I am returning? I do wish these people would make life easier for `Dummy`s` like myself. TIA.

that sounds like your not sending it to your printer but to somthing else which is a virual printer (something like adobe PDF writer maybe)

goto the start menu, select setting and the printers and faxes and then right click on your printer and select set as default printer on the menu that comes up and then try printing the document again.
