Theres a spider in my fridge :(

I have just been shopping. Came in and opened the fridge and there's a great fat spider sat in there. So now I have all the fridge food sat on the floor till my bloke comes home. Ar5e biscuits.

Oh , you poor thing , I too would run a mile . I would just have to throw everything in the fridge away , and then disinfect the whole fridge / freezer to make sure no traces of spider were left . I would have no choice but to get the spider out of there dead first though. Eeeuwwww !

hi. i use a glass or a tumbler stick it over the little beauty then slide some paper or cardboard under it and then put it in the garden taking the tumbler off.if you cant face doing that leave it till yr bloke comes home.it will probably go into a deep sleep with the cold.

ooooooohhhh sugary bums. He came home and hunted the fridge high and low..... and the spider has gone. How the blinkin' flip did that happen?! I can only hope it was sitting on the bottom of the door when he opened it and it dropped off and that its not hiding somewhere ready to leap out at me tomorrow when he's back at work :/

I can sympathise Beanmistress - I'm phobic about the yukkie blighters as well! If I see one I can't rest until it's dealt with and one of my greatest fears is finding one then it escaping and disappearing somewhere!!! Poor you!
