LCD TVs: 100 Hz versus 50 Hz
2 Answers
I am trying to decide between a Panasonic TX-37LZD80F and a TX-37LZD85F. The set will be used for routine TV watching (not games).
The features of the 80F are fine except that it is 50 Hz while the 85F is 100 Hz.
Opinions, please, on whether the 100 Hz is worth the extra 200.

Therefore as long as the refresh rate matches the frame rate (or a multiple of the frame rate), IMHO the actual figure (at least fro TV programs and the like) is not particularly important.
