I went to bed at 11.30 as fell asleep in the armchair.....tossed & turned in bed..............dyeing for a ciggy...........gave in, swith the tv on, pc on, tea & cigs!

I have an important appointment Tuesday at 9am and wanted to be fresh fot it! I expect I'll fall asleep thru the meeting..........aw gawd....can't win!
