Sky Max thinking of downgrading

I'm on sky broadband the max i only use my Internet for surfing the net i never download..
I only use the net for say 2 hours a day flicking through sites..
As i feel i wasting my money i going to downgrade if i go to the base option..
Would i notice the speed in flicking through pages..

for normal surfing no you probably wouldn't notice a huge difference, though you don't say what speed you actually get at the moment and what you are thinking of downgrading to!

1mb should be fine for light use.

At the moment the download speed is 16 megs but i will be downgrading to the basic 2 megs...

2mb will be plenty fast enough for light surfing.
