Has anyone been to the us in the last 6 months but been arrested an not convicted. did u tick no on the visa form and get through? please let me know

Have read another answer relating to this somewhere else on the site. This said that the EU privacy laws prohibited the police records being made available to the US immigration authorities. Depends what the arrest was for - things like drugs, terrorism etc mean that the privacy laws would not apply. I do know several people who have just ticked the no on the visa waiver form and got through OK. I think you would have to be a known criminal or on someones wanted list for them to know about you.

thats ok then it was an arrest for assult but was only cautioned. will that be ok do u think
Assault does not normally constitute a crime of moral turpitude, so unless there were special circumstances then you can quite truthfully use the visa waiver scheme.

Given that you were just cautioned it doesn't sound like a serous assault.
