There are two footpaths of approx 4m .the one nearest to properties is used frequently whilst the other is rarely used. there is grassland in between the footpaths belonging to epping forest not the local authority. epping have objected to residential parking. how can residents paying council tax to the local authority pursue the rights to park outside our property.
Yup. It is unlawful to park on a public footpath and it is also unlawful to take a motor vehicle onto common land (if indeed that is what it is) by more than a small fixed distance (15 yards I think).
