I'm 26 years old now. My arrest happened thursday 5th, it was caught on camera so i cant deny it. I was kept in a cell all day friday and my court date is tuesday 17th of this month! Ok, lets send her to a nice, warm prison, with three meals a day, the opportunity of education, the chance to earn some money (albeit a small amount), the chance to socialise with other criminals. When she is released, lets offer her some DSS money for coming out of prison and setting up home and as she will have a criminal record on her release the jobs she is likely to get will be menial, low paid and probably thankless ones, therefore she is likely to spend of a lifetime on benefits in this soft, cushy society we allow.

Kyla: I work with ladies (if that is what you call yourself) day in day out. Most say they are resentful of for their crime yet still go onto reoffend within 18months, usually a more serious offence. Why? Because they saw how easy it was last time to either get away with it or to pay 2.00 a week in compensation to the victim for a year. You, like many others have no morals. If I had hit someone, I would be so embarrassed about the pending court proceedings that I dare not come on a site like this and speak about it. Rather I would use my sense and ask my legal advisor - after all, for you it's free. You want advice- here is mine.
First of all, look around you. The majority of the people you see every day are good, law abiding and moral people-thank God. Do they really deserve to be burdened with the worry of meeting people like you in the streets.
Secondly-take a look at your life. Your writing style suggests you are not well educated, so get and education. The fact you urinate in the streets, suggests you are not aware of your surroundings ( whether that is through alcohol or not) and the impact your actions have on everyone else. If you are serious about being sorry for your crime, get a hard brush, a ton of bleach and go and clean the alleys and shop entrances where people like you urinate. Thirdly, consider your future. You are undoubtedly going to have a recorded offence on your file now, so working with children , vulnerable adults and young people is out! (which is actually a good thing for our society). With this in mind your career path might now change. If you are not working now, get a job and if you don' want to do that, go and volunteer in a charity shop or voluntary group. If you are serious about being remorseful, then put something back in to the society that you have made a damaging contribution to.

I blame the parents ?.
My Dad had a big stick, if you played up at school or in the Village where I lived, he would beat me with it.
Now I have a big stick, and I often beat my kids with it.
And I am sure that when they grow up they will beat their kids with a stick.
And so on...
Before you go crazy that was a good example of hypocrisy...Of course my Dad didn't beat me, and I would lay a finger on my own kids.
Look at the root of a problem FIRST.
Do people or young adults really know right from wrong ?.
2 cases of beer at Tesco's is 16.00, Video games exploiting violence and killing, the word cool and knife ending up in the same sentence...What hope is there ?.
So to all you parents out there shape up.
Teach your kids right from wrong, and lead by example.

I think you guys are getting a bit too carried away! I've not killed anyone and I AM sorry for what happened that night. I do have a job and it's a bloody good one if you must know. As for my grammer, I didn't realise i was doing an English exam! I was just simply hoping for some answers as to what could happen as I've never been to court before. Thank you to the few that actually gave advice instead of wasting their time trying to argue with me!
also that evening I was pushed to the floor by a doorman so my boyfriend punched him, he's also being done for assult by beating and he has a history of fighting. Never on woman i will add! He went to prison when he was 18 and also got arrested last year for assult although it was never taken to court. Does this mean he'll go down for sure ?
