I put the Christmas cards up with Blu Tak, took them down ages ago and the oily marks are still on the wall. Any ideas how to get rid of them?

Try rubbing the marks with a new bit of Blu Tak.
paint over with an oil based undercoat then reemulsion walls
job done
if you dont overpaint with the undercoat or an oil based sealer then the marks will continue to come thru
Could try what works for crayons and candle wax - put brown paper of kitchen roll over the marks then apply a warm iron - should melt and be absorbed by the paper..
OR kitchen roll...
If your walls are painted, paint over the marks with the same colour - worked for me!
