Interviews!

I have an interview for a job in a few weeks time where the panel will be interviewing for 1 day only. I have just phoned for my allocated time and was told it was 10.00am it appeared this was not negotiable. My question is do you think the panel put these times for people in order of who they think is the best person for the job judging by the info they already have or is it completely random? I often wonder if it is best to be interviewed at the beginning of the day or the end. What do you think?

I always select in order - The most impressive CVs get the first appointments of the day. However, it doesn't really matter because if you shine and stand out you will do this whether you are first or last. You can get jaded interviewing all day and you are not your best during the late afternoon appointments.
