laptop problems

for some rason I cannot access WWW.Crucial.com if I am using internet explorer,but the site works fine if I am using Mozilla Firefox.All that happens is the prgress bar gets to about halfway,and stays there.This is really annoying because I want to use their scan program to find out which is the correct memory upgrade for my laptop,but the scan is only possible using internet explorer.I have tried switching off my Norton 2005,but it makes no diffence.Internet explorer also work fine on any other sites,it is just www.crucial.com that has the problem.Any advice would be most appreciated.

Are you using windows XP. Is the firewall active. Maybe it's logged this site as a restricted site.

If yes to any of these seek help from the windows help system on the firewall - specifically restricted sites.
