kawasaki 200 2 stroke ,wont rev to full on, also whiteish / grey smoke coming out of exhaust,whats up? does top gasket need replace or what , thanks

There aren't that many options with a two-stroke.  The ignition timing could be way out ot there could be a partial blockage in the fuel system somewhere, but I don't think they would cause smoke.  I once had a two-stroke that lost all enthusiasm (not that it ever had much - it was a long time ago) and the fault turned out to be the bits inside the silencer deteriorating, coming loose and blocking the gas flow.

 

You might be tempted to remove the silencer and see if that cures the problem, but I can't advise that one way or the other!

Could be your piston rings are shot.
Sounds like the crank seals have gone
