Is chewing gum still made with animal parts? How about pudding and Jello?

You mean gelatine in them, which is the collagen extracted from the animal?

I woud guess that some still do it, but not all. My current pack of gum has (non animal) listed in the ingredients.

If it has the vegetarian sign on the pack, you'll be fine.
