thanks people replies to me last night, now im checking website and those brands, which kind of details or futures of the machine i should look at? kilos?washing time?spin?etc.?
also is there a website i can compare prices?

If you have heavy loads to wash regularly, then look for a machine that takes more kilos. Remember that this will take more hot water.

I have a Hotpoint and it has several programmes for long washes or short washes.

Yes, as it get all the water out of the clothes and won't take so long to dry.

You want a minimum spin of 1200, preferably 1400. Look at the energy ratings too. Try and get one in A as this is best.

And dont overload it! lol

although the downside of a faster spin speed is it increases the load on the machine and faster ones tend to have a shorter lifespan than slower spin speed ones.

Ours has a big drum and its brilliant, cuts down the amount of washes you have to do and you dont have to overload the washer. I agree with psychic on the spin speed too, with our weather owt less than that would take an age to dry

Ive got a beko....(crap name)...takes upto 6 kgs..A A rating..1200spin...cost 219 quid.....had it 18 months now...and I do at least a wash a day....... :-))

I always look for the drainage filter at the front...that way you dont have to drag the fekkin thing out should a penny get lodged :-))

and for the price I dont mind if it busts

i ordered on from currys, indesit, spin1600, 6 kgs, cost 230 :) free delivery and collection, paid extra 6 pounds for installation. i cant wait..................... the delivery arriving on friday:)))
