in reply to norm the dog how dare you say the things you said about do not call me a liar my appeal was against a parking ticket issued in december on a previous car. i have just heard today that i won the appeal and i was asking people how long it takes to get a refund.
and by the way norm the dog you spelt the word contradiction ( cotridiction) you cant spell properly so who is bloody idiot now..
ps i say once again that i am being honest in my questions and i expect an honest answer and not abuse
