Tol-lol means fair, pretty good.
Toll is an old ( antique ) word meaning payment.
O = nothing.
L = left..
So toll + o + l.
Differ slightly with novalis:

Tol-lol is old('antique') slang meaning 'pretty good' ie. fair.

It's derived from O ('nothing') L ('left') after TOLL('payment')
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these both the same breakdowns?
